Warner Burke is ¶¶Òõapp's Edward Lee Thorndike Professor of Psychology and Education, Chair of , and Education Program Coordinator, . He is co-developer of the widely studied Burke-Litwin Change Model, has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and is co-founder of the , jointly operated by ¶¶Òõapp and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Burke's books include Organization Change: Theory and Practice (2011), Business Climate Shifts: Profiles of Change Makers (2000, with WilliamTrahant and Richard Koonce), and Organization Development: A Process of Learning and Changing (1994).
