TC's Bailey in NYTimes: Community Colleges Get Least Resources
In this week’s “Economic Scene” column in The New York Times, columnist Eduardo Porter quotes Thomas Bailey, Director of TC’s Community College Research Center, saying that “Community colleges have the students with the greatest problems — yet they get the least resources. It’s unrealistic to think we can have a better outcome without investing more money” in community colleges.
