Office Hours
Our office works hybrid schedule hours from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Please note, during the Summer, the Office of the Bursar will close at 1:00 pm on Fridays.
The Bursar Office Window is open from Monday - Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM, and 1 PM to 3:30 PM for in-person tuition payments only.
The Bursar Office window will be closed during the following times:
- Monday, July 27th - Closed from 12:00 PM to 3:30PM
- Tuesday, July 28th - Closed
- Monday, August 3rd - Closed from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Thursday, August 6th - Closed
- Monday, August 10th - Closed from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM
- Tuesday, August 11th - Closed
- Monday, August 17th - Closed from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM
- Tuesday, August 18th - Closed
*The Bursar Office Window is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, August 24 through August 31.
Students wanting to discuss their student account can call (212) 678-3056, email bursar@tc.columbia.edu, or request a video call.
If you are interested in scheduling a video call with a staff member from the Bursar Office, representatives will be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12pm - 3pm by appointment only. Please email your appointment request to bursar@tc.columbia.edu in order to receive an appointment date and time confirmation with a secure password protected meeting link.
